ABOUT ABOUT

Clement Arts presents the Clement Care ONE Conference -- a FREE foster care support event for the whole community. Our fervent desire is to see God glorified through His people -- the Church -- working together as ONE to end the foster care crisis in Muscogee County and beyond. This conference is a call to the Church to act as ONE for foster children, a celebration of what God is already doing on their behalf, and an equipping for the work ahead of us.

Who Should Attend?

Everyone who cares about the future of our foster children and their families. Whether you have served in foster care for many years or are just becoming aware of the needs, there is a seat for you at this conference. Let's link arms together.

 What to Expect

Adult attendees will enjoy two workshops that will give practical helps based on their role in foster ministry: pastors, advocates, foster families, and volunteers. These workshops will be led by those on the front lines of foster care in our community and who have a passion for helping others find the support they need for the various roles to which we are called.

Following these workshops, attendees will join together in a large inspirational gathering featuring live music from Randall Goodgame and a special message from President of Promise686, Andy Cook.

In the space of a single afternoon, you will leave refreshed and better connected, equipped, and encouraged by the work of God and the unity of His people for the cause of foster children right here in our own community.

Kids Conference

Kids (ages 4-12) are going to have blast at the ONE Conference beginning with an outlandishly fun and Scripture-based Slugs and Bugs concert. The concert is included for ONE Conference attendees, so there is no need to purchase a concert ticket when you register for this event.

After the show, the ONE Kids Conference will get creative with Clement Kids sessions in art, drama, and music -- all while learning how God calls us to work together for His glory! Children will visit each of these three fun and interactive sessions.

Space is limited for the kids conference, so make sure you register early! Be mindful that nursery registrations (ages 0-3) are needed by September 15.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Clement Care or the ONE Conference connected to a specific church?

Clement Care is a church-based strategy for foster care ministry. We are not directly affiliated with any single church, but we are fortunate to partner with churches of different styles, sizes, and denominations.

Can I share about the ONE Conference with my church?

We would love it if you did! We believe attendees will get the most from the ONE Conference when joined with their church friends. From pastors and church staff, to foster families, to newcomers to the cause, there will be an entry point and specialized sessions for all. If you'd like to promote to your church, email [email protected] to request posters and a powerpoint announcement slide.

What if my child's age group for the Kids Conference is sold out?

Space is limited for the Kids Conference, so some of the age groups may reach max capacity. If you would like to be put on the wait list in case of reopened space, please email [email protected]. You and your child may also attend the Slugs & Bugs concert apart from the conference by purchasing tickets online or at the door.

What if I registered for the conference but now am unable to attend?

Due to space limitations, we ask that you please let us know if you discover you will not be able to attend. Someone else will be happy to attend the conference in your place. If you would like to remove your registration or transfer it to a friend, please email [email protected].
